Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping is free in India
Since most of our bags are handmade and made on order, your orders will take 5-12 days to reach your doorstep.
We use BlueDart, Delhivery, XpressBees, Shadowfax and many other reliable partners
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with an online tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website.
You can get your bag exchanged within 15 days of delivery.
Since all the bags are made on order, unfortunately, we do not accept returns/refunds - only exchange
We use different types of leather (smooth, grained, caviar, suede...). All our skins come from different Italian/Spanish/French/Indian tanneries. Our leathers are either treated with a mineral tanning or with a vegetable tanning for a better respect of the environment as well as an optimal quality.
