Do you accept exchanges/returns

You can get your bag exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Since all the bags are made on order, unfortunately, we do not accept returns/refunds - only exchange

What types of leathers do you use?

We use different types of leather (smooth, grained, caviar, suede...). All our skins come from different Italian/Spanish/French/Indian tanneries. Our leathers are either treated with a mineral tanning or with a vegetable tanning for a better respect of the environment as well as an optimal quality.
